Holly Madison was embarrassed after a wardrobe malfunction while partying in Las Vegas. Apparently her top unbuttoned during an interview on the red carpet outside the Pure nightclub.
Considering Holly has appeared nude in Playboy several times, and on the TV show 'The Girls Next Door' I severely doubt it was that big a deal!
